    you're utterly wiped out... exhausted by showering, making a meal... simple everyday things seem to take all you have. Of course there are other nagging, disruptive health problems - stomach issues, allergies, shortness of breath - that don't help matters. Have your form of payment ready and....

    It was only after Karen had a nasty viral infection and never seemed to shake it that I got a little worried.
